When ordering a policy, especially in the current circumstances, we would encourage you to pay by BACS or Faster Payment. Using this method for your premiums means you will receive your documents almost immediately. Electronic payment details can be found at the bottom of any quote.
If your systems dictate that you pay by cheque, it’s not a problem. You will receive a cover note as usual and your policy will be placed on risk from the date you notify us. It may take a little more time for your full documents to be issued, but we’ve always said we will continue to accept cheques, and nothing has changed.
