Following customer feedback we are pleased to introduce a new policy option for freehold residential properties.
The new cover is designed to assist where a previous grant of rights of access and services, reservation of rights or imposition of restrictive covenants were specified by reference to a coloured deed plan, but that plan is illegible, missing or incorrectly coloured, rendering the route of the rights granted for the property unknown and therefore potentially ineffective.
