Following a pricing review, we are pleased to announce we have reduced our premiums for our Freehold Restrictive Covenants option covering an actual or potential breach of covenant which is at least 10 years old or more.
We introduced this option last July, and this price reduction makes our Restrictive Covenant cover for older breaches even more competitive. To ensure your clients benefit from these cheaper premiums, please select ‘at least 10 years’ under the ‘existing property - continued use’ option for the Freehold Restrictive Covenants policy in ICON.
