Founded in 2006, Isis Conveyancing Insurance Specialists set out from the start to take a more flexible approach to underwriting, offering bespoke and specialist legal indemnity cover. Complementing this service, a year or so later, we launched ICON (Isis Conveyancing Online), giving our customers access to a market-leading online quotation system.

Looking to the future

The conveyancing world looks very different today. Yet, with the Government’s ambitious target of building 300,000 new homes per year, alongside its recent announcement of a roadmap for sweeping reforms to the home buying and selling process, the UK housing market remains central to the health of the wider economy. Recent proposals regarding the introduction of up-front sales packs and digital property log books, all point to further changes ahead of us in the next few years.
