Addressing the issue
We received dozens of requests from solicitors who wanted to add the insured address to their online quote documentation, so you now have the option of providing this address to us when you obtain a new quote. Don’t worry, you can still continue to provide the insured address when you order the policy if you prefer.
Meeting requirements
We’ve also made it possible to address any requirements within the quote itself.
If it’s simply a case of confirming a requirement has been met, you can do so by clicking the ‘Confirm’ button beside it.
And don’t forget, if a requirement states we need something more than a confirmation, you can use ICON’s ‘Email us’ facility to send us supporting documentation, as well as a message, from directly within the quote.
