The property (or part) has been built over or close to a public sewer or a private drain without agreement from the relevant third parties
Potential action by the local authority under the Building Act to recover costs for repair of a private drain passing through land outside the property boundary
Inadequate rights of access and easement for services, together with an existing or potential breach of known and/or unknown freehold restrictive covenants
Title contains no or inadequate rights of access and easement for services and it is subject to freehold restrictive covenants and outstanding rights/easements
Title contains no or inadequate rights of access and easement for services and it is subject to freehold restrictive covenants and mining/mineral rights (including potential trespass claims)
Title does not contain an adequate easement for using the services and/or access for maintenance, and is subject to freehold restrictive covenants and/or rights and easements
