Single policies

A mortgage without searches

No searches will be obtained for a purchase transaction

No searches will be obtained for the acquisition of a newly built dwelling from a developer

A mortgage without searches (including a desktop environmental report specifically in relation to potential adverse entries under part IIA of the EPA 1990)

A remortgage on a development without searches (including a desktop environmental report specifically in relation to potential adverse entries for adjoining land under part IIA of the EPA 1990)

A mortgage without searches (including chancel and a desktop environmental report specifically in relation to potential adverse entries under part IIA of the EPA 1990)

Combined policies

No searches will be obtained for a purchase transaction and there is potential risk of historical land contamination under part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

A mortgage without searches (including chancel)

No searches will be obtained for a purchase transaction, including any chancel screening searches

A mortgage for a portfolio of properties without searches (including environmental)
