Terms and conditions

By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

General

  1. The free prize draw will run between 9am Monday 2nd September and 5pm on Monday 30th September 2024. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
  2. To be considered eligible for the draw you must:
    1. be a solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive, or an individual acting under the supervision of a solicitor.
    2. have a valid, individual work email address e.g. joebloggs@isisconveyancing.co.uk. Personal email addresses including but not limited to @gmail.com will not be eligible. Generic or team email addresses such as team1@/accounts@/office@ will also not be eligible.
    3. have obtained at least one legal indemnity quote from Isis Conveyancing Insurance Specialists since 1st September 2021.
  3. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw, all you have to do is submit your name and email address via the online form between Monday 2nd September and 11.59pm on Monday 30th September. All entries without full contact details and a valid email address will be considered ineligible.
  4. You may only enter the draw once.
  5. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes stated.
  6. Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Isis Conveyancing Insurance Specialists are not eligible to enter.
  7. Any personal information provided to Isis Conveyancing Insurance Specialists as a result of entering the prize draw may be supplied to Country Hotel Breaks, in order to ensure the prizes are successfully delivered to the prize winners. The prize

  1. The prize is £1,000 in vouchers for Country Hotel Breaks, to be used at any of their UK locations, booked through https://www.countryhotelbreaks.com/, and subject to their terms and conditions. Please refer to https://www.countryhotelbreaks.com/giftvoucherstandcs.cfm for full details.
  2. The draw itself will take place on Tuesday 1st October and will be independently verified by Isis Conveyancing Insurance Specialists’ Compliance Manager. The winner will be drawn at random using a random number generator from all the eligible entries sent in within the specified prize draw dates.
  3. The winner will be notified initially by telephone. If the winner cannot be contacted, or is not available, after seven days, Isis Conveyancing reserves the right to draw another name from the eligible entries submitted before the closing date. Once the winner has been contacted, a confirmation email will be sent containing full details of the prize.
  4. The prize of £1,000 in vouchers for Country Hotel Breaks does not include travel between the prize winner’s home and the hotel that they select, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure, or any other costs.
  5. The £1,000 voucher for Country Hotel Breaks is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  6. The prize is non-exchangeable, not for re-sale and there is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated.
  7. The winner is responsible for contacting Country Hotel Breaks to redeem their prize and make the necessary arrangements.
  8. The prize is subject to availability. Country Hotel Breaks and Isis Conveyancing cannot be held responsible for the unforeseen unavailability of any part of the prize.
  9. The names of the prize winners can be obtained on request by writing to The Marketing Manager, Isis Conveyancing Insurance Specialists, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR3 1BY within three months of the closing date of the prize draw. Isis Conveyancing Insurance Specialists will also publish the names of all winners on its website, isis-icon.co.uk.
